SyntHire (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides interview and hiring-related software. This policy applies to visitors of our website, trial users, and customers who use our platform (“Services”).

Account data: name, email, organization, billing contacts, and authentication identifiers you provide when you sign up or administer a workspace.

Interview content: audio, video, transcripts, chat, code submissions, and scores generated during AI-led sessions, plus metadata such as timestamps and session IDs.

Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, logs, and cookies or similar technologies used to operate and secure the Services.

3. How we use data

We use personal data to provide and improve the Services, authenticate users, process payments, send service-related notices, detect abuse, comply with law, and fulfill the purposes described when we collected the data or with your consent.

4. Sharing and subprocessors
